GRANT COMPETITION FOR ROMA YOUTH
IN HIGHER EDUCATION

Program objectives:
To promote the development of a Roma middle class and intelligentsia, and to prove the merits of a support model that incentives and helps Roma youth to complete their studies in higher education and earn their degrees.

Program description:
Roma youth studying in an accredited public college or university who are at least in the fourth year in the 2001/2002 academic year can apply for a ten-month scholarship to be disbursed on a monthly basis.
